2 - Word Dynamo ( http://dynamo.dictionary.com/ ) : Word Dynamo is an awesome source when it comes to language. Also having other Academic Subjects to choose from, Word Dynamo is very practical and useful in all-around studies. You can take tests to evaluate your skills in different grade levels and learn a language from basic to expert easily thanks to the very simple design of the website.
3 - Quizlet ( http://quizlet.com/ ) : Quizlet is an absolutely marvelous website. It is quite elegant and also surprisingly simple. It is possible to learn different languages in various grades. It's not only focused on language but every single topic that is related to education but it's possible to say the language part is especially way beyond the other classes. And what is quite important is most of the study sets are made by people who are learning different languages. For example if you want to learn English and you know Russian, you can help by creating a Russian study set while learning English. So it is a great cycle of language teaching collectively.
4 - Livemocha ( http://livemocha.com/ ) : It is so hard to describe Livemocha, but the best way to do it is to say "It is the Facebook of language learning." You get the enviroment of a professional language teaching and learning community while you register the site. After you create your account, then you are ready to delve into the language world. There are various activities like listening, speaking, writing etc. For example you have a headset and you're learning Finnish but you're a beginner and you want to improve your speaking, then you can simply click on the speaking activities of "Finnish Beginner" tab and start to improve your speaking! It is an amazingly practical site. ( You can also make many friends and grade the other people's works if you have a certain knowledge of the language they're trying to learn. )
5 - Instreamia ( http://www.instreamia.com/class/ ) : Instreamia is a useful tool for practicing your reading or listening in a language you want to learn. It has a range of different media and language activities and is free. Instreamia makes it fun and easy to learn while you watch your favorite videos and read your favorite news sources.
6 - Byki (Before you know it) ( http://www.byki.com ) : Byki is downloadable language-learning software presented in a flash card interface. The system tracks everything you learn, automatically presenting the appropriate material at just the right intervals – ensuring that the material you've covered is successfully locked into your memory. The free version gives access to a limited number of flashcards. The deluxe version provides access to a whole suite of extra and advanced features, including MP3 audio, advanced pronunciation practice, and engaging language-learning games. There is also an iPad/iPhone app.
7 - Vocaroo ( http://vocaroo.com ) : Vocaroo is another site that let's you record your voice, send the sound file to a friend by email or put the embed code or link directly into your website. You can also save the recorded file in mp3 or wav format for use as a podcast or with Voki. There is no time limit to your recording.
8 - Voice Thread ( https://voicethread.com ) : A VoiceThread is a collaborative, multimedia slide show that holds images, documents, and videos and allows people to navigate slides and leave comments. It can be used either within or outside of the lesson, giving everyone a voice or it can be used as a means of communicating with other classes in other schools. Group conversations are collected and shared with contributors. There is also an iPad version of VoiceThread.
9 - Wordle ( http://www.wordle.net ) : Wordle clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text. You can tweak your clouds with different fonts, layouts, and colour schemes. You can use accents in Wordle but unfortunately the program does not recognise Asian fonts at this stage. Finished Wordles can be printed, saved to your computer or to the Wordle gallery.

The StudyStack helps its users by generating over a dozen ways to study the information that they seek to learn. The website enables the learners memorize and learn information by applying various ways and through activities. The StudyStack provides completely free access to its content and learners of any level can find information that addresses their needs.

14 - Hello-World ( http://www.hello-world.com/index.php ) : Hello-World helps children learn a second lenguage whıle enjoying as much as helping them with their native tongue. It contains various types of activities such as games, puzzles, converstaions etc. One of the reasons why Hello-World is catching on among young learners is the website’s successesful integration of culture and education.
15 - LangMedia ( http://langmedia.fivecolleges.edu/index.html ) : The website features interviews and discussions with people in English and many other languages. It helps language learners not just learn a language but also the culture of the countries where the language is spoken. The interviews and discussions provide very useful information about the people who speak the language and the environment where it is spoken.
